Temple Priestess Projects

Brigid Flametending Circle and Book Club: Priestess Rayna Templebee coordinates and hosts our monthly cycle of flame-keeping for the Goddess and Saint Brigid, as well as a book club that meets on first Weds each month. Books for the Brigid book club include:

Hekate’s Luminary Sisterhood: 9 Priestesses of Hekate in the Mt Shasta Goddess Temple take turns lighting two candles, reciting personal devotional prayers to Hekate, and drawing a card to share with the Temple every 3rd day of the month.
Order of the Black Madonna: A monthly gathering of individuals who hold the balance between devotion to the Virgin Mary of our childhoods, and our adult Goddess Spirituality. We accept prayer requests from around the world and lift them anonymously in our ceremonies on 4th Wednesdays.
Sitting With the Dead: The Temple hosts a monthly sharing circle for End of Life doulas and those who aid those at their time of transition. We gather every first Sunday at 4pm for one hour in a sacred, confidential circle to hold 15 minutes of silence for those who have crossed over. Then for the next 45 minutes we share research about emerging topics in end of life studies, and discuss best practices. We hold space for one another as doulas, witness one another’s emotional tides, and connect from the heart in support for each other’s work.
